The crushed velvet fabric has pattern appearance achieved by mechanically twisting the fabric while wet, embossed velvet fabric has a pattern stamped by metal roller, and the plain velvet fabric has a firm hand.
The company that started in 1995 with a small team and production capacity, has now turned into a conglomerate with two production units (Bhiwandi and Vasai) running simultaneously supported by a manpower of total 150 employees. Manufacturer & Exporter by nature, the company caters to the demands for velvet fabrics of Indian and international markets. Around 40% of the total production is shipped outside India.

Our Fabric Collection
Our expansive collection of velvet fabrics, along with other fabrics and yarns are listed below. All these smooth, soft and rich fabrics are used for creating ladies dresses and ethnic wear, like sarees, suits, kurtas, etc., as well as footwear, including jootis or mojris. These fabric are also used as basic material in the making of jackets, clutches, hats, curtains, upholstery and carpeting; owing to its fantastic drape, natural sheen and long lasting nature.
Throughout the manufacturing process, starting from preparation, weaving through to dyeing and finishing, quality is maintained at every step. For manufacturing different types of velvet, we source high quality yarns, which are woven together in different patterns. The technology based weaving process involves beam harnessing, yarn breakage sensors, polished guide rolls, controls, weaving, velvet splitting, batching, checking lights and selvedge. The fabrics are dyed in deep, rich colors. Different machinery are installed for finishing the weaved fabric. The thoroughly finished fabrics are packaged in boxes or bales.
